"I worked with Lori expecting I would have to jump thru some hoops only to be rewarded with a huge premium increase. "Long time customer and have always had a good experience. Many reasons that I stay at State Farm, even when I see 'deals' for insurance that seem more affordable: We have had a few different collisions over our many years here, and have never had an issue sorting everything out. I've never felt pressured to purchase anything that I don't need or don't want. I can contact them during office hours via text or phone and get a response quickly, and it is always a human that I get to speak to (which is sometimes rare anymore with customer service calls)! Everyone I come in contact with there is polite and respectful. This is how all businesses should be, but it is unfortunately difficult to find this same level of service for your dollar anywhere. Highly recommend."
