"Our insurance agent changed after 24 years with the same agent. I was feeling concern with calling the new agent when we bought a new pick up. Not to worry. "I worked with Lori expecting I would have to jump thru some hoops only to be rewarded with a huge premium increase. HOWEVER Lori made all happen so easily and when the time came for the BAD NEWS she gave me GREAT NEWS. She did all my thinking for me… adjusting the coverage and working it so I would have the lowest possible premium. I cannot say enough about Lori and the Joe Dalbey agency as a whole."

"Long time customer and have always had a good experience. Many reasons that I stay at State Farm, even when I see 'deals' for insurance that seem more affordable: We have had a few different collisions over our many years here, and have never had an issue sorting everything out. I've never felt pressured to purchase anything that I don't need or don't want. I can contact them during office hours via text or phone and get a response quickly, and it is always a human that I get to speak to (which is sometimes rare anymore with customer service calls)! Everyone I come in contact with there is polite and respectful. This is how all businesses should be, but it is unfortunately difficult to find this same level of service for your dollar anywhere. Highly recommend."

"Dolby Insurance really messed up my policies. They started overcharging 9 months ago . When I made them realize what they were doing they would not reimburse the money that I paid on autopay. I contacted them eight times and they still have not paid me . One person said that I would have to wait til my next policy cycle. Of course I cancelled my insurance with them on Jan. 1st. Can you believe they sent me a bill for Jan insurance even after I cancelled my coverage on Jan1. Pathetic State Farm office."
